2011 to Present

HS Consultig Inc.

Mid 2011 the firm restructured by providing again full-time consulting services directed at Canadian, US and overseas clients.


Besides several time-limited, international consulting efforts, HS Consulting was assigned several larger mandates, managing formal sales and product accounts, predominatinly in public transportation and technology markets.


 

2003-2011

DILAX Systems Inc.
Accepted Presidency of DILAX Systems Inc. in 2003.


Hired and trained staff in project management, hardware and software support, system installation and corporate administration.

  • Managed the completion of DILAX’ first major North American project, awarded by TransLink in Vancouver.

  • Captured mid to large-size contracts with Canadian and US transit operators, as well as rail and bus builders.

  • Introduced and launched DILAX' new People Counter for stationary application.

  • Fostered close relationship with OEM partners and service suppliers.

The operations of HS Consulting Inc. remained suspended over the time Heinz formed and managed this DILAX subsidiary.


 

1999-2003

HS Consulting Inc.

Business launch, corporate growth and international diversification.

Successful market entry, supporting Canadian and overseas customers.

  • Developed, marketed and trained Bid Management Policy.

  • Captured diversified group of clients in defence, telecom and public transit markets.

  • Conducted studies for governmental and aboriginal organizations.

  • Represented the German DILAX group in North American transit sector.

Incorporated and built DILAX Systems Inc., a subsidiary of DILAX Intelcom GmbH.
